Convenient location, friendly staff, and decent breakfast. During my city break, I stayed at a hotel with a convenient location, just a few steps away from the main shopping street and restaurants. the staff was friendly and welcoming, always available to help and provide information about the city. I particularly enjoyed the decent breakfast, with a variety of fresh fruits, bread, and hot drinks, which gave me a good start for my day. the room had comfortable beds and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel at home.

Outdated facilities and noisy room. the facilities in the hotel were outdated and in desperate need of renovations, especially the bathroom, which had some issues with the sink and shower.

The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating, making my stay memorable. The rooftop restaurant offered a relaxing ambiance for meals. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city. Free parking was available.

For us, it was ideal.

The hotel had two swimming pools and a bar that served good drinks. The location was great, right next to a busy street with easy access to public transport. We enjoyed the music and fireworks display on New Year's Eve.

The room was outdated and unclean. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy. The air conditioning unit was old and very noisy. The towels smelled musty and were barely big enough to wrap around our bodies. The breakfast buffet was unappetizing and the coffee tasted burnt. we were very disappointed with our stay.

I had the most incredible experience celebrating my wedding anniversary at this place. The staff went above and beyond to help me surprise my wife, with special thanks to Marcos, Diego, and Rafael. Our celebration was absolutely fantastic, with an excellent meal at the rooftop restaurant and a beautifully decorated and comfortable room. The breakfast was also amazing. Thank you to everyone here for making our stay unforgettable.

I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.
